How we designed and developed an all-in-one sales tool for FlexyB Solutions, a company offering a complete ecosystem for digital gift cards: in-store touch-screen kiosks, a mobile app for consumers, and a centralized code management system.
Our mission was to transform a complex commercial process — selling and managing display space on these kiosks — into a smooth and intuitive platform. With a self-service interface, automated contracts and payments, and direct integration with the kiosk network, we enabled suppliers to manage their campaigns independently, while simplifying the work for administrative teams. A project where thoughtful UX and advanced business logic come together to drive performance.

FlexyB Solutions is an innovative company offering a complete ecosystem for digital gift cards: a network of in-store touch-screen kiosks where customers can purchase cards, a mobile app to easily access them, and a centralized system for managing and activating codes compatible with existing point-of-sale terminals. Their goal: to modernize and simplify the gift card experience for both retailers and consumers.
The need: centralize and automate sales management
Before this platform was implemented, each sale of display space on the FlexyB Solutions kiosk network involved a completely manual process: an administrative employee had to handle invoicing and manually select the kiosks based on the supplier’s requests. They then had to manually configure the supplier’s visual identity and activate the display at the time specified in the contract, making the process slow, costly, and prone to errors.
To simplify and automate this process, the goal was to create an all-in-one platform allowing suppliers to manage the entire workflow themselves — from ordering to invoicing — quickly, autonomously, and at scale, without requiring manual intervention.

The challenge: combining multiple features with ease of use
Designing a clear and intuitive interface that allows suppliers to schedule the display of their gift cards based on multiple criteria (type of store, region, duration, premium options), while integrating a large number of complex business rules. The goal: to deliver a smooth experience for both sales teams and suppliers, despite the wide range of choices and services offered.

Suppliers can easily explore the FlexyB kiosk network through a dynamic interactive map. Each kiosk is displayed with its details (location type, region, availability), allowing for precise and strategic targeting.

Truly tailor-made display
Choice of locations, contract duration, premium placement on the homepage or in specific categories — the tool offers great flexibility to customize each campaign. Suppliers can also schedule future campaigns or exclude certain kiosks based on their strategy.
Payment integration with Stripe
A simple and secure ordering process
Thanks to full integration with Stripe, suppliers can pay for their orders directly online. Everything is automated — invoicing, subscription management, and payment confirmation.
